Sony Ericsson S710a

Even though I have only recently acquired the new Sony Ericsson S710a cell phone (pictured left), I already found the smaller, faster, better successor. Meet the W800i:

Sony EricssonW800i

Some of the best features in this phone are:

  • It’s white and orange–a refreshing change from the silver and black of the past.
  • It’s small like the old T616 and T637. The S710a is a bit bulkier.
  • 9-hour talk time battery life. Compared with the S710a’s 5 hours and the same from most other contemporary phones, this is a huge step up.
  • 2-megapixel camera.
  • Walkman abilities.

I don’t know when it comes out or how much it will be, but I’m sure I’ll try to sell my S710a to move up in the world of gadgetry. It’s more of a hobby than anything.

I too like the orange over the black.
